There’s a cat in my flat.
A folded origami cat.
A tesselated origami cat.
This cat.
The ever-so-absent Lindir made it for me some time ago.
To me it’s quite a wonder how he can manage
crating something thats that accurate on such a small scale.
Had the cat sitting on my book shelf for quite some time.
Looking good but somehow unnoticed. Had to do something about it.
When it comes to great things I figure that it’s best for them to be
well defined. In size and intensity.
There needs to be a start and a end to it. Like a frame.
A frame.
I build a frame.
Luckily I found some pre-shaped frame sections at my fathers workshop,
so I just had to saw and glue and – most important of all – paint.
There.
All better now.
Do you like it?
